Family Matters!

I am from a joint family which is quite an obsolete thing in today’s scenario. Though it is not such a big family like Ekta’s serials or Suraj Barjatiya type movie, it is more like a Priyadarshan movie. Our family is like a circus show. We laugh out loudly, cry out loudly, talking loudly – live loudly. The thing which is the most precious in our lives is the bond (not James Bond!!!) we are sharing. I just love it. I love the care of Thamma, I love the attention of Ma, I love the leg pulling of Baba, I love non stop chatting if aunty, I love the suggestion of uncle and I love the my cutest sister. I never told them that how much I love them because it never required showing them anything.

They teach me to be self sufficient girl. They teach us how to manage all the situations (occurred of course) in life. It doest not matter how far they are, they are always with me. They really matters. So being a modern day girl I never forget my values. I can’t forget my values. Whenever I am in some trouble I always remember them.

Memories of Holi

On the happy occasion of Holi, I like to start this blog of mine with some colorful experiences of my life. I came from a joint family (so rare in these days na?) where each and every bonds of relation got the touch of colors. On my childhood when life was full of enthusiasm, we just took out our old and worn out cloths and ready to add color to those dresses. Those were the days! With my uncle and aunties we just made devastation on our house. All the floors were full of colors. After sometime of the tsunami had started we could not recognize each other as our faces are all covered with colors, red, green, blue, yellow, golden, silver, purple, black  and all the colors one could see.

But now when life is divided only two colors black and white, I need those days to be back again. I want all my uncles, aunties, sisters, brothers and friends to be united. I know that this is not possible, not for a day. But we love cherish those colorful memories each and every day of our lives.
